Report a problem

Include your device model, operating system, TrafTruth version, the affected public domain and the error message. For billing issues, include the store and order reference when available. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details or confidential URLs.

Restore or manage a subscription

On the device signed into the store account used to purchase, open TrafTruth Settings and select Restore purchases. Subscription management is also available through the purchasing store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Web previews cannot restore native store purchases.

Reports and missing data

Free includes 30 fresh reports per calendar month; Pro includes 200. Cached report views do not count. Failed or no-data requests do not count. Opening another tab within a current report does not use another refresh. Missing data coverage is not a zero-traffic result.

Privacy requests

Email support@traftruth.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may need limited information to verify and locate your records. Clear local history in Settings and remove saved websites on your device. A privacy request does not cancel store billing.
