Service and operator

These terms govern use of TrafTruth, operated by Human Continuum Inc, Delaware, United States. Contact support@traftruth.com. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to accept these terms and applicable store conditions. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Reports and data limitations

Traffic and authority figures are third-party modeled estimates, not first-party analytics, guaranteed measurements or financial advice. Coverage, dates and available dimensions vary. Missing data does not mean zero traffic. We do not guarantee a report for every website or that historical data will always be available.

Free and Pro allowances

Free provides 30 fresh reports per calendar month, unlimited cached report views and up to 3 months of history. Pro provides 200 fresh reports per calendar month and up to 12 months of available history, with additional report dimensions. Allowances reset by UTC calendar month, not the subscription billing anniversary, and unused refreshes do not roll over. Cached reports, failed requests and no-data responses do not count. Tabs opened under a current report session do not consume another refresh. At the limit, uncached reports pause until reset; no automatic overage charge is made.

Price and automatic renewal

Pro reference prices are USD 12.99 per month or USD 99.99 per year. The purchase screen shows the actual local price, taxes where applicable, billing period and any eligible offer. Annual plans are billed for a full year, not in monthly installments. Store subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the purchasing store's rules. Charges are handled by the store account. A trial applies only if explicitly offered at checkout; do not assume trial eligibility.

Cancellation, restores and refunds

Manage or cancel through the store account used to purchase. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal, with access continuing for the remaining paid period subject to store rules; trial handling can differ. Uninstalling TrafTruth or clearing data does not cancel billing. Restore purchases from Settings using the original store account. Subscription transfer between different stores is not guaranteed. Refund eligibility and requests follow the purchasing store's rules and applicable consumer law. We do not promise automatic refunds or waive statutory refund rights.

Permitted use and sharing

Use only public websites you are authorized to research. Do not bypass quotas or access controls, abuse the API, attempt to obtain secrets, or use the service unlawfully. Built-in report sharing is available on Free and Pro; preserve attribution, data month and estimate disclosures. Access does not grant permission to bulk extract or resell third-party datasets. Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or suspend the service to address security, abuse, legal requirements or provider availability. We will give notice of material subscription changes where required. Nothing here overrides the purchase terms applicable to an existing subscription or mandatory remedies for service failures.

Responsibility and contact

Use reasonable judgment when relying on reports. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
